It is worth noting that shortly after you plant the tree in the plaza, the game will autosave, meaning once you plant that tree, your old town is gone for good. Make sure you are completely satisfied with the map you have chosen before you proceed with this. This way, you can cycle through as many maps as you please and adventure through the towns you are given until you find the right one for you. You would have to overwrite the save to do that. Now, choosing to sell your town will not immediately delete your town. They are not set to the 3DS’s internal clock. These 100 days can be Time Traveled through.
